What Does My Knee X-ray Findings Below Indicate?

My knee x-rays indicated Tricompartmental degenerative changes present bilaterally with moderate loss of joint height in the dedial comparments. There are small joint effusions bilaterally, slightly larger on the right side. Left patellofemoral articualation is normally aligned. Mild lateral subluxation of the right patella. Basically what does this mean in plain english?
