What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

My TSH lab result was .51, my T4 was 1.75, and my T4 total was 15.80. Why am I not losing weight as quickly as I should? Are the numbers indicative of any problem impeding me from losing weight? I ve been walking 8 to 10 miles a day or using the outdoor trampoline for an hour a day plus doing yard work. Aside from that, I am really being careful with what I eat and how much I eat.
