Hello, Thanks for posting in HCM. Your report for PAP smear has come negative for any malignancy or any cancerous growth or lesion in cervix. It rules out possibility of cancer. However this test is to be repeated every 6 months if you don't have any symptoms like unsual bleeding or pain in lower abdomen. I hope i have answered your query well. Thank you.
