PAP Smear Gross : 2 smears Micro : Cervical Smear satisfactory for Evaluation Predominant cells are superficial squamous arranged in sheet and scattered singly Sheets of endocervical cells seen Background show blood and neutrophils Diagnosis : PAP-Smear Conventional Satisfactory for Evaluation Negative for intraepithelial Lesion / Malignancy Kindly let me know any chance for cancer.

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Your report for PAP smear has come negative for any malignancy or any cancerous growth or lesion in cervix.
It rules out possibility of cancer.
However this test is to be repeated every 6 months if you don't have any symptoms like unsual bleeding or pain in lower abdomen.
