Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

You may need proper evaluation by a rheumatologist.
It is important to confirm type of arthritis.
You may need further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram including ESR,HsCRP level,RA factor,HLA B27,anti-CCP,ANA,X-ray of L/S spine(AP/lateral view) etc.
You may need specific medicines depending upon type of arthritis.
Empirically you can take vitamin D and calcium supplementation.
You can take NSAID's safely for pain relief.

Get well soon.
Take Care
