What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Please find the below test report and advice Abstinence - 5 days No of Sperm - 44 million/ ML No of Sperm /ejaculate - 92 millions Motility - Rapid liner Progressive - 25 % Sluggish liner Progressive - 5% Immotile Sperms - 70%

Hi,thanks for asking question.

Before semen examination 3 day abstinence is necessary.If you take semen before 3 days abstinence, motility report show false low motility.
Here your immotile sperm is 70%,which is defective.Normally immotile sprems are So according to my opinion after 3 days abstinence from sex,repeat semen analysis.If still immotile sperm is high then reproduction can be difficult because immotile sperms are not able to penetrate ova during reproduction.
