What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hello, i need a pediatrician to help with a report for my daughter. she is 4 months old and have been having stomach pain. we did ultra sound and they found a "small ecogenic focus seen at the lower pole measuring 0.3 cm? calcification/non obstructing calculus. No evidence of hydronephrosis". we are very concerned and trying to figure out the seriousness of the situation as well as remedy. the current doctor of hers is not available and she is not eating anything or drinking. please help out

Hi
I have gone through your cimplaints.
Feel sorry for your baby.she is just 4 months old. 3 mm echogenic focus at lowerpole of kidney considering as calcification / non obstructing calculus.dont worry its very small.it is not causing dilated pelvicalyceal system (hydronephrosis). Continue breat feeding .nothing is required at this small age.just try to follow up after 2 months(at the age of 6th month ).dont worry just try the baby to have frequent breat feeding.
Thank you
Regards
