What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

my daughters lab report came back with these low rbc-4.09 hemeglobin-10.3 hematocrit-32.2 mcv-78.7 and mch-25.2 and she had 2 that came back high rdw- 17.1 and mpv 12.4 my question is what would cause her labs to come back like this, and she has never had any issues like this before.

Hi,
here your mcv mild low,mch mild low,hemoglobine low,hematocrit low and rdw increased.
Most likely diagnosis is microcytic hypochromic anemia.
4 common causes for that include -iron deficiency anemia,thalessemia,anemia of chronic disease and sideroblastic anemia.

Mostly it will irin def.anemia.
Take diet that improve hb level like jaggery,certain pulse,carrot,papaiya etc
Ferrous sulphate tablet also can be tried.
