Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, only significant findings in this report are presence of pus cells and red cells in urine which makes urinary tract infection more likely however any calculus or stone or concretions in the urinary tract can cause such findings.

For reassurance ultrasound KUB and urine cultures and sensitivity should be sent and other possibilities like any mass or structural pathologies should be ruled out.

Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and cranberry sachet may be helpful. Keep good hydration and hygiene. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
