General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis.

Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________30 _____normal
Appereance: greyish white______________________normal
Ph: >7______________________________8______normal
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________2____Normal
Total sperm motility: >40 %________________25____low
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/ml____50 million/ml
Morphology: > 4%_____________40__________normal
Pus cell: up to 5 ____________2-4__________normal
Red blood cell: 2-3/hpf______________1-2 __________normal

Above report suggests you have normal sperm parameter except low sperm motility.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo USG pelvis, fasting blood sugar, ESR, CRP and sperm culture for further management.
Doctor will provide following advises:
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga in the early morning for 30-45 minutes.
Take healthy diet: fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, almonds,
Drink plenty of fluids, Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy and fatty food.
Tablet clomiphene citrate, Co Q and gonadil F will helpful.
Hope this may help you
