Female 33 yrs ola having hstry of easily fatigue,joint pain,low grade fever,family hstry of alergy,cyanosis of feet in winter. labs are raised WBC 13000 with neutrophilia ANA ++ homogenous ESR 50 CRP is raised Anti doublstranded dna -ve anti scl 70 -ve Anti jo-ve anti Ro and La -ve

Hello,

The lab reports show elevated white blood counts with neutrophilia. This picture is seen in bacterial infections.

ESR and CRP can be raised in bacterial infections. The relevance of ANA positivity depends on the titer of ANA.

Negative ds DNA, anti-Jo, and anti-La rule out connective tissue disorders. I suggest you consult your physician for treatment of infection.
