General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The findings are consistent with the pelvic inflammatory disease in which there is a collection of fluid in the Pouch of Douglas.

All the other structures including the uterus, Fallopian tubes and cervix are normal.

There is no evidence of any uterine masses called fibroid s or ovarian cysts.

Please see your gynecologist who would start an antibiotic course for pelvic infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
