What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

No demonstrable gross acute infarct or hemorrhage.no evident mass effect,midline shift or abnormal extraaxial fluid collection. Ventricles are not dilated.Cisterns are not effacted or opacified.Brainstem and cereballum appear intact.The rest of the visualized structures are unremarkable.

I believe this is a CT scan report of the brain. The findings mentioned here are normal findings. It mentions no apparent damage (due to blood supply insufficiency or bleeding) is visible.
