What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I ve been treated for Hashimoto s for 3 months now, taking L-Thyroxine. Just got my results, everything seems to be OK, except one thing: a slightly low MPV: 6.83fL /normal range 7.00-12.50/ My father died of leukemia. Should I start to worry? Thank you very much.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
you need not worry as long as all other tests are normal
Since you mentioned there is a family history, make sure you keep yourself fit, healthy, regular health checkup to rule out, diagnose and treat any complications
