Hi, I have gone through follicular monitoring in the cycle.please help me in understanding these reading & let me know if there are any chances of pregnancy in this cycle. Day right ovary left ovary endo pod 11 13×11mm 18×14mm 4.4 nil 13 16×12mm 22×20mm 6.8 freefluied 15 18×13mm 24×23mm 7.1 mildfreefluied 17 20×14mm not 10.0 significant visualised pod fluied Ruptured As for the report can i conceive in this cycle

welcome to hcm ..according to the features you have given about ovulation study i can see that egg has been released normally and all is ok ..yes you may be pregnant this cycle if the sperm parametets are ok ..avoid smoke alcohal travel ...take nutritious diet ....just relax and take physical and mental rest and hope for the good news ..
