What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

I HAD KIDNEY CANCER IN 2015, THEY REMOVED MY RIGHT KIDNEY. NOW I RECENTLY HAD ACUTE PANCREATITIS. AND NOW HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED. IN ON OF MY CT RESULTS IM READING THAT THERE IS A 4 MM CALCULUS IN THE MID LEFT KIDNEY, UNCHANGED.AN A 2MM CALCULUS IN TH LOWER POLE OF THE LEFT KIDNEY, WHICH APPEARS TO BE NEW. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. You have kidney calculosis, but the stones are very small. So my opinion is that you have to check them regularly (for example every 6 months). If you experience sharp pain on your left flank, it means that one of them has moved and has blocked your left kidney and it can be that your unic kidney could be out of function, so than you have to take the matters seriously, and to do an invasive procedure like Lithotrypsi or a Ureteroscopy in order to try to remove the stone and protect the kidney.
