I am a 50 year old women, had a EKG for pre-testing, the hospital sent me my results and I’m concerned of the low voltage QRS and borderline ECG. Is this something my doctor should be telling me? welcome tp hcm .there was normal rhythm but low voltage ecg low voltage is found in obesity ..hypothyroidism or fluid around heart if you. are not having symtoms it may be due to obesity if you are not obese i would recommend thyroid status ..chest xray etc if you have any further query then you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately with regards dr varinder joshi
