General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This shows a cystic kidney. There are many loculated cysts present with internal septations. Though the kidney cysts do not usually affect the renal functions adversely you may need further work up to know about the nature of cysts. Please consult a nephrologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
