What Does My Mammogram Test Report Indicate?

Hi i have had a mammogram maybe two monthes ago which was repeated that day with a ultrasound the Dr said that she saw i forgot her exact words but explained it as what she saw was shaped like an oval, i remember her saying no cancerous, and they will see me back in july, fast forwarded to today Sunday March 19th, i notice a little bit of blood in my left side bra so i took a look at that breast and did a little squeeze and i saw a little red blood on my tissue, should i be concerned since i have had a mammogram and ultra sound
