General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.

1.There are multiple fibroids in the uterus at multiple locations.
2.There is a complex cyst ( anechoic cyst with multiple separations ) Noted in the right adnexa and right ovary not seen separately.
3.Probably right ovarian complex cyst by anatomical location.
4.Left ovary not visualised its normal in 47yrs age as atrophic changes are seen in ovaries.
5.The treatment of choice will be hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy to avoid any further complications.
6.And specimen to sent for histology for nature of the cells. and followup scans. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
