General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
It indicates that you heart is pumping blood fairly efficiently. There is a mild degree of ischaemia(this means the blood vessels supplying blood to the heart are slightly obstructed) . with this report I would advise you to start a mild exercise regime. 45 mins of brisk walking and also follow a healthy diet with low salt, low fat and plenty of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables. Also have 1 cod liver oil capsule a day and you can repeat this test after 6 months to see if you have improved.
Hope this helps,
Please feel free to address any further queries to me.,I will be happy to help you.
