What Does My Pelvic Scan Of The Uterus Indicate?

My pelVic scan came out as follows: normal sized , normal shaped uterus but with a hyperechoic structure (linear in shape) having accompanying posterior acoustic shadowing in keeping with calcification. Endometrial echogenicitis is uniform and normal endometrial echo is noted superior to this calcification.. no evidence of cyosis, no adnetal masses. Pod is free. What does this mean please? I've been trying to get pregnant but no success. Can I still get pregnant? Is anything seriously wrong?
