What Does My Pregnancy Test Results Indicate?

i suspect of being in a 5 weeks pregnant now. i had my pregnancy test last week w/ postive result. i underwent trnav yesterday and here s the result. CUL DE SAC: unremarkable, FLUID: no fluid in the cul de sac. ENDOMETRIUM: thickness 1.44cms, echoes hyperechoic, compatible w/ secretatory phase of menstrual cycle. Can you explain this? Am i really pregrant? or do i have ectopic pregnancy? What should i do next? Thanks

Hi i am pleased to answer you. You feel you are 5 weeks pregnant your upt is positive your trans vaginal scan shows nosac but thick hyper echoic endometrium. The chances are you are only 2to 3 weeks pregnant . Final court of answer is your bhcg levels. If in doubt or worrying about ectopic baded on my clinical doubt i will repeat a bhcg after 3 days look for doubling. If i am not in doubt i will repeat the scan after3 weeks ifmy earlier bhcg level indicated 3 weeks level. Hope i made myself clear. Thank you.
