What Does My Resting Heart Rate While Experiencing Chest Pain Indicate?
Is a resting heartbeat of 98 bpm normal? It also kinda hurts. Like pounding. I dont drink energy drinks, or do drugs. And i eat and drink healthy amounts of food and water. And i do a good amount of exercise. This happens every day for the past year. And ive been getting more figity. Leg bounces a lot, and i get random muscle movements. Only way i can manage it, is to exercise. And to move a lot.
I went through your details. Resting heartbeat of 98 bpm is not normal. Normal heart rate is at an average 72. While you are relaxed it could be around 60s and when you are working it could be around eighties.
When you are anxious or mentally stressed or obsessed with heart beat, it could go beyond 90 and that is because of fight or flight syndrome. I suspect your problem is anxiety disorder and obsession.
