What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

Hi.i m 30 week 4 days pregnant. I would like to know something releated to that scan.
Please explain me these line
1-fetus seen longitudinal lie & cephallic presentation
2-placenta is at anterior wall of uterus at upper & middle segment. It maturity grade 1. Internal os closed
3- placenta Adequate liquar.
4-No dbvious Dysmorphic congenital anomaly detected.

I understand your query.
Your USG scan in question means-
* the baby is ni upright position/ with head down position- Normal.
*The placenta is attached in middle/upper segment of front wall of uterus.-Normal position & least risk.
*The water in bag of membranes is adequate ( good for fetal growth/protection)
* No birth defects observed in fetus.
The report reveils normal fetal growth/with normal placenta & fluid. Excellent.
