What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, I m a 35 y/o woman. Average height and weight. Earlier this year I had a SCAD heart attack. (No risks factors for heart attack). Coupe of weeks ago I was back in hospital for my heart, while there a scan showed a spot on my liver and I had to go and get that scanned today. While having that scanned I was told I have a large diaphram. What would be likely to cause that, and could it all relate to each other.
