What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

I was having issues with my bladder, and had a visit with my Urologist. She said my scan showed that I was born with some kind of membrane that was over or obstructing (?) my urethra or ureter? She had a name for it, and I was wanting to find out what the condition is called.

It could be some congenital anomalies like urachus
Urachus is a remnant of fetal structures that persist in adults. No need to worry as it can be r moved by simple surgical procedure
