What Does My Scan Report Of The Back Indicate?

I was recently in hospital due to back injury.A scan was done and this was the report: (my translation):loss of intervertebral discus space height on L5/S1 level; limbus vertebra anterior to L5; spondilisis on L5.I only have an appointment with my orrhopedic surgeon on the 21st of March.Please explain in layman s terms?

I really appreciate your concern, because of the injury space between two vertebrae being reduced but as a matter of fact clinical symptoms requires correlation, else the complete condition would be explained by orthopedic surgeon hope this information helps.
