Hi,
There are small fibroids within the wall of the uterus (intramural) and a cyst (small) is seen in the right ovary, the left ovary was not seen.
Most cysts are benign and do not cause any problems, some resolve on their own. Fibroids can cause heavy bleeding in some persons. The endometrium (inner lining) and myometrium are normal.
