Your ultrasound scrotum shows that both testes are slightly smaller in size. This might be due to pooling of blood in the veins in the testis. The veins have increased in size and become larger due to leakage of venous valves. This is known as varicocele. This can cause damage and destruction to semen. Semen are best produced at a temperature which is lower than the rest of the body. When there is varicocele formation then the testes is surrounded by veins carrying blood at a higher temperature and this is causing decreased fertility. You might have to get surgical treatment for varicocele for retsoring sperm quality. Please consult your urologist. Epididymal cysts are not significant.
