Hi Doctor, My SEMEN Analysis Report: Volume : 3.5 ml colour : Pale Grey Liquifaction Time : 40 mts Reaction : Alkaline Toatl Sperm Count : 68 millions / mm3 Actively Motile : 40 % Sluggishly Motile : 20 % Non - Motile : 40 % Normal Forms : 60 % Abnormal Forms : 40 % PUS Cells : 3 - 4 / HPF Epithelial Cells : 1 - 2 /HPF Kindly advice on this report...

Hello

Your report suggests normal semen analysis.

68 millions/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Motility should be at least 55%.You have 60 % motility.

Morphology of sperms is also normal.Only 16% sperms with normal morphology is required for natural fertilization.You have 60 % normal morphology sperms.

Few WBC in semen is acceptable.If needed,culture and sensitivity of semen can be done.
Few epithelial cells are also normally found in urine.
Other findings like volume,liquefaction time etc are normal.
