What Does My Semen Analysis Indicate?

HI Doctor,
I have done my semen analysis several times 2nd time - Total sperm Count:54 Million/ML, and Actively Motile:70%,
Morphology :70%, Bus PUS Cells is :6-8/HPF,
Is there any problem with my Pus cells:6-8/HPF for my wife pregnency?

Please suggest us.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells.Normally,there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
