What Does My Semen Analysis Indicate?
I am 33years of age.I did semen analysis.the result is morphology.nomal 90 abnormal 10 immature cell nill without tail nill then Motility- progressively motile-20 sluggishly motile -18 non motile-62 Total count-29million/ml.pls kindly assist me on what to do bcos my family is on fire

You are suffering from decreased motility of sperms.At least 55 % sperms should be motile.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You shouldn't wear tight underpants.
Even if low motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
Other factors like total sperm count and sperm morphology is within normal limit.
