MOTILITY - active 0%, sluggish motile 0%, dead o%.
TOTAL COUNT - 0.0x10^6ml
SEMEN M/C/S - pus cell - nil, epithelia cell - 0-4phf, RBC - nil.
CULTURE - yielded no bacteria growth after 48hrs incubation.
