What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, I have got my semen analysis today. My analysis result is Quantity: 3 ml, colour: white, Reaction: alkaline, Count: 8 million/ml, motility : 50% motile after 30 minutes of collection and pus cells : 3-5/hpf. Please inform me what is my condition and give me suggestion.

Welcome to HCM.
I would interpret it for you:
Quantity-normal.
Colour-normal
Reaction-normal
Count-reduced (normal is 20 million/ml-may signify infertility)
Pus cells present in semen indicate infection.

I would suggest you to take tablet paternia. These contains compound which help to increase sperm count and motility.

Also consult a urologist. You may require antibiotic to cure infection.
