welcome to hcm ..please see that the semen quality is not good ..diagnosis is oligospermia with low motility ..please get ascessed for thyroid profile ..FSH ..LH ..TESTOSTERONE
Avoid smoking and alcohal
avoid hot shower
take nutritious diet containing multivitamin antioxidant combination
take tab speman tablets 2 tablets two times a day .
