Good Morning Sir., I am 22/M Unmarried, I have done SEMEN Analysis and received the following report: Volume 2ml ...Reaction Alkaline, Viscosity Normal, Sperm - 30 millon/1 M , Active - 10%, Sluggish - 10% , Dead - 80% ,Other findings: Numerous Pus Cell / HPF Seen

Hi.

There seems to be an infection which first requires treatment, following that a repeat semen analysis should be conducted to check on the motile sperm percentage. The percentage of motile normal sperm needs to be at least 50% to result in sucessful conception. Please soeak to a fertility specialist for further management.
