Count : 42-44 million/milliletre
motality : Actively motile : 70% , Sluggish : 18% and Non motile : 12%
Morphology :
Abnormal forms : 5%
Pus cell : 3-4 / hpf
RBC : NIL
Epithelial cell : NIL
IF NOT PLEASE SUGGEST

The semen analysis report that you have posted is well within normal range of WHO standards except presence of 23-4 pus cells suggestive of infection .
You need to take antibiotics like Doxicycline for a months .
