Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The semen analysis is normal except for high liquefaction time of two hours. High liquefaction time is seen in cases of infection or abnormality of accessory reproductive glands.

High liquefaction time can prevent the sperms to travel up through the cervix despite all other normal findings.

I suggest you to consult your treating doctor for further investigations and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
