Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characteristics- volume, of 3 ml, pH of 8.5, normal viscosity are within normal range.
Total sperm count of 82.5 million/ ml is normal. Sperm count should be above 15 million/ ml.
The progressive motility of 55.5% is normal. Progressive motility of sperms should be at least 42% and your value of 55.5% is within range.
Pus cells should be less than 5/ hpf and your report says40-50 pus cells/ hpf.
Presence of large number of pus cells suggests infection.
There should be no bacteria in the sample and presence of moderate number of bacteria is also abnormal.
Presence of few epithelial cells is normal.
The morphology of head and tail are normal.
Thus, there is presence of infection in semen which needs to be treated with a course of antibiotic.
I suggest you to consult your urologist for prescription of appropriate antibiotic and thus management.

Thanks and take care
