What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Hi,

Me and my wife were taking fertility treatments for past 10 months.My wife reports are normal except she has a tube block one side for which she is taking siddha medicines.Below is my sperm report,
Color:Opaque
Total Volume:4.2ml
Liquification time:reaction:alkaline
Total sperm count:30 Million/cmm
Actively motile:50%
Sluggish Motile:15%
Non Motile:35%
Normal Forms:68%
Pus cells:3-4/hpf
RBCs:1-2/Hpf
Epithelialcells: Occasional/hpf
Fructose: positive

We did IUI by may and that also didn't work.

Now finally I was told to take scrotum scan where as per the result I have mild dilated veins on both sides in left measuring 2.7 mm and right 2.4 mm with bilateral grade I vericocele.Will vericocele affect fertility.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your semen report , you have 30 million sperm/cmm which is slightly below normal. But this is irrelevant for infertility as 50% are active mobile & 68% are normal morphology, which are good numbers.
So all together your semen report is normal.
As per your scrotum scan, you have mild bilateral dilated with grade 1 variocele. Varicocele can be asymptomatic & harmless, specially in early stages as you. Late stages can result in infertility & pain Although there are studies showing improvement in sperm quality in 57% patients.
So grade 1 variocele is not cause of infertility in you. Refer to your doctor for treatment.
