What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Hi, My Semen analysis shows Vol: 2ml, liquefaction: 20 mins, ph: Alkaline, Count: 134 millions, Total Motility: 48%, Active: 00%, Slugish: 44%, Morphology - Normal: 03%, Abnormal: 97%, Impression: Teratozoospermia. Is everything is normal? or do I need to take any treatment?

HI , here i am trying to explain your report.
You have asequate sperm count which is >20 million.
BUT The actively motile sperm should be >25% minimum,which is defective in your case.Your sperms having no active motility,they are sluggish motile.
The another defect is your sperms having abnormal morphology which is called teratozoospremia.
So because of decreased motility and abnormal morphology sprem have difficulty in penetrating female ova during reproduction.

If you cant conceive then consult expert andrologist doctor.
Make healthy life style.
avoid fast foods.
