What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Hi Sir, I am 33 years old married guy and below are the particulars of my sperm test report. Please have a look into this and interpret the results to me.. should i consult a doctor for a baby. volume: 4.0 ml reaction:alkaline time of liquification: within 30min sperm count 72.0mill active(semen):70% puss cells: 4-5 RBCS(semen): not seen morphology total number of abnormal spematozoa :11 abnormality of head:4 abnormality of neck:4 abnormality of tail:3 motility of spermatozoa a-rapid linear progressive(grade IV &III):40 b-sluggish linear progressive(grade II):20 A+B total forward progressive:60 c-nonprogressive(grade I):10 D-non motile(grade 0):30 I am waiting for a quick reply. I really appreciate your concern, presence of puss cells is matter of concern and may be due to infection, second it is advisable to repeat the test after the abstinence period of at least 10 days, with such parameters conception is possible and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
