Your semen report is normal except the hyperviscosity of semen or prolonged liquidation time.

Causes may be:
1 prostate and seminal dysfunction
2 Infection
3 Oxidative stress
4 Biochemical reason
5.Effects- Infertility

Treatment- Mucolytics, Antibiotics, Anti-inflammatory agent.
