What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Hi,i m jerry,my semen analysis result are this,,gross is yellowish,volume is 5,ph is 8.0,liquefaction time is 24hrs,WBC is 18-20,RBC is 2-3,motile is 75,.III is 5,.II is 85,.I is 15,non motile is 25,sperm count is 75m/ml,normal form is 70,pin head is 30,,my question,is my result normal???thank u.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your semen report is not normal

In semen wbc present, that suggest towards infective etiology... Because of infection sperm motility affected

You have to take antibiotic course for 7 days

After that repeat semen analysis with three days of sexual abstinence period

If still semen report abnormal than we will think further
