i have 38 year old my semen analisis report submit here volume 2 ml,color-opaque gray,ph-8.5,viscosity liquefaction time-30 minutes,fructose test-positive,total sperm count-35 million,active motile-20,sluggish motile-20,non motile-60,pus cell2-3, sir any problem to him and if any problem what we do

Hello,

The total sperm count is slightly on the lower side and the ph is on the higher side, means you are having alkaline semen. Infection is the commocause for Alakaline sperm and it can also cause transient decrease in count also. You can start on short course of antibiotics preferably Ciprofloxacin and redo the test after two weeks. If your partner has difficulty in conceiving, you have to consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated.Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
