What Does My Sonomammography Test Report Indicate?

Hi Dr. Yesterday I had a Sonomammography of the bilateral breast and axillae...........and the result is... (1) There are few,tiny scattered,simple cystic lesions in both breast parenchyma,largest cyst measures 3*3 mm. (2) predominantly fibro-glandular parenchyma and is naormal. (3) No solid mass lesions. (4) Retroareolar area is naormal. (5) No duct ectasia. (6) No evidence of axillary lymphadenopathy. (7) Skin,nipple,areol and sub-cutaneous planes are normal. IMPRESSION: FEATURES ARE SUGGESTIVE OF BILATERAL FIBRO-ADENOSIS-Aberration in normal development and involution (ANDI). BIRADS - II-BENIGN FINDINGS ------------ Please let me know there is any point to worry regarding cancer point of view ? Thanks, vidya

I really appreciate your concern, the given report is not suggestive of any malignancy but it is the simple fibroid adenoma and it may not need any treatment and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
