What Does My Sperm Analysis Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, yesterday i was diagnosed with varicocele. Moreover my sperm count is 75millions/ml, motility is 0%, sluggish motility 20% non motile 80%. Regarding the morphology, normal forms were 60%, giant head 10%, round head 10%, double head 10%, tailless 10%, pus cells 2-3/hpf, epithelial cells- nil, RBC- 0-2/hpf. my urologist have suggested me to take maxoza L for a period of three months. will this treatment would improve the sperm motility. I am married for 4 months and my age is 40. Please suggest me some suitable remedies. Thanks for taking your valuable time.

Hi, happy to help you on your health concern!

As per your description, you have an abnormal sperm report especially regarding the number of normal sperms! The count is normal but possibly because of some infection or other defects (could be with the varicocele !) normal rapid progressive motile spermsis just zero!

But this is a potentially treatable condition and follow the advise of your urologist; after 1 month repeat the test and revert back to us! i

condition is akin to azospermia. it is male infertility. remidies in medicine are uncertain. ayurveda has got some medication. nothing wrong in trying. in allopathy some hormonal treatment can be tried. treatment like mexozal can be tried, but get its efficiancy report. after any treatment sperm analysis only will indicate the result.
