Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of pus cells in semen indicated presence of infection.
A course of antibiotic is required to treat the infection.
Testicular
biopsy will not cause damage to testis and will not affect the process of
spermatogenesis.
Sertoli only syndrome and absence of mature sperms are two conditions.
The former indicates that no
spermatozoa are formed.
The second condition indicates that the early stages of development of spermatozoa are present but the mature forms are not present and there is a maturation arrest.
Treatment of infection is required, however, infection is the not the cause of
azoospermia or absence of sperms in semen.
The hormone profile is also within normal limits.
The cause for maturation arrest of the sperms needs to be investigated.
The condition can be treated if the cause for maturation arrest is removed.
Mature sperms can be released once the maturation arrest is removed.
You need to consult an
urologist for further investigation and treatment.
Thanks and take care
