Summary of exercise stress test of 59 yrs old male wt 72 kg ht 168 cm patient of hypertension since last 3 yrs:- resting ecg normal,functional capacity normal, HR response to exercise appropriate,BP response to exercise appropriate, chest pain none,arrhythmia none, no s3 s4,no murmur ST CHANGES:DEPRESSION HORIZONTAL -1mm AT STAGE 3. Overall impression MILDLY POSITIVE. Now started with medicine to control bp cholesterol along with aspirin and clopidogrel. My question is should I go for angiography now or wait for some time with these medicines and life style changes. Please guide thank you.
