Hello and welcome to HCM,
The renal function tests i.e. creatinine and urea are raised.
The normal range for creatinine is between 0.6-1.6 and normal range for urea is between 20-40 mg/dl.
These results suggest deranged renal functions.
Renal amyloidosis is a condition in which there is deposition of amyloid in the kidney around the blood vessels are in the interstitium.
Amyloidosis is caused by deposition of light chains of immunoglobulins Thus, the test for light chains- kappa and lambda chains is done.
Amyloidosis can cause deterioration of the renal functions.
Amyloidosis may be associated with plasma cell dyscrasias and thus bone marrow aspiration is done to rule out plasma cell dyscrasias.
You need to consult your nephrologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
